Parousya's parent patent answers both with a single architecture: a trusted server sits in the middle and holds the match.
Broadcast
A provider's device emits a short range signal over Bluetooth, NFC, UWB or WiFi Direct.
Detect and pair
The customer's phone identifies the nearest provider and notifies the server of the pairing: this customer, near this provider, now.
Route
When a transaction is ready, the server routes it to exactly the right recipient. No PIN. No terminal. No manual selection.

Third party querying
An authorised party can query the server to determine which provider a person is near, or has recently been near, without either the customer or the provider initiating the query.
Identification without payment
The method now covers scenarios where identification is the outcome, not payment. A passenger boards a vehicle and is confirmed present. A patient enters a consultation room and is verified. No transaction needs to follow.
Standalone device
The parent patent describes the method across multiple providers: many taxis, many checkout points, many clinics. The divisional extends coverage to implementations within a single device or integrated system. You do not need to deploy a full network of separate hardware for the IP to apply.

Both patents are granted and validated across international jurisdictions. Priority date 26 June 2014. Built before the world knew it needed this.
